Join us as an IT Support Analyst for a 6-month contract and become a key player in delivering innovative technology solutions across the business! Your role will involve managing Service Desk tickets, identifying potential IT issues, and partnering with the Technology Team to deliver essential projects.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage Service Desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proactively identify and address potential IT concerns.
Contribute to the successful delivery of IT solutions within agreed timelines and SLAs.
Support global and business projects, enhancing our IT services.
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and maintain the IT knowledge base.
Provide technical and functional support, resolving tickets within SLAs.
Work closely with teams to implement change requests and ensure seamless project execution.
Deliver value-adding IT solutions that align with business objectives.
Contribute to End User Services projects and business enhancements.
Your background and experience:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in Service Desk.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, especially user and device administration.
Broad knowledge of cloud technologies and digital solutions.
Project experience with digital solutions.
People-centric mindset and agility.
Proficiency in English.
Strong organisational knowledge.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in product management and technology.
Must have NZ full-time work eligibility.
