Customer Support Technician

Join our client's team as a Customer Support Technician within this innovative future-focused technology company.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional experience to customers seeking support and providing training to clients via phone, email and direct messages.
This is a full-time, permanent position, located in Mosgiel.
The hours of work are approximately 1.00pm – 10.00pm Monday to Friday.
Due to the late finish, there is some ability to work from home once trained.
Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service by making outbound calls as well as responding to incoming calls, emails and other messages.Triaging and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner – providing troubleshooting, training and escalation when requiredMaintaining help files and resources to assist customers  Key skills, experience and requirements Desire to work in the technology spacePrevious customer service experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skills.Tech-savvyOrganised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
