Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory (relevant experience in lieu of formal education will be considered). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote work environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite). Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is an advantage.
