We are currently searching for a **Customer Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Nelson.

### Key Responsibilities: - **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services and products.
- **Issue Resolution**: Utilize problem-solving skills to assess customer issues, determine root causes, and work towards effective resolutions.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our customer management system.
Ensure all records are kept up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of Aramark's offerings and services in order to provide accurate solutions and advice to customers.
Stay informed about new products, updates, and changes in policies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to identify common issues and trends in customer inquiries.
Collaborate on process improvements to enhance the customer experience and overall team performance.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure that their issues were resolved satisfactorily and seek additional opportunities to enhance their experience.
- **Training Support**: Assist in the training of new hires by sharing knowledge and best practices, helping them to adapt to our vibrant work culture and customer-centric approach.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution efficiency.
Monitor personal performance regularly and seek opportunities for growth.

### Requirements: **Education & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or a similar role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
