Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.
Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and be the go-to person for our valued customers. You'll work directly with users through email, live chat and phone, ensuring they receive the support they need to get the most out of their EP experience. If you're proactive, enjoy problem-solving and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
We are looking to hire 2 people for a full time, fixed term position from mid January to the end of April 2024. The hours we're looking to fill are 9am-6pm (x1), and 10am-7pm (x1). These roles may also require rotating weekend shifts, working from our EPHQ in Dunedin. What you will do in the role: Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phoneAssist users with inquiries and issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experienceTroubleshoot and resolve problems to help users maximise their experience with EPCollaborate with team members to improve customer service processesMaintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to support requestsAbout you Have an efficient typing speedHave excellent spelling and grammarHave high attention to detailHave a high level of computer literacyAll applications must be submitted by Friday 6th December 2024.
