You'll work closely with teams and partners to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals, all while representing thl's values and brand.What You'll Do:Offer exceptional support to customers during their holiday, ensuring quick resolution to any product or service concerns.Manage and resolve complaints efficiently, balancing customer needs with business objectives.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our fleet and New Zealand's geography to deliver accurate information.Build strong relationships with suppliers to enable prompt solutions.Process records, logs, and reports, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.What We're Looking For:Strong customer service skills and experience in complaint resolution.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Ability to manage pressure, work collaboratively, and adapt to new systems.Availability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.Why Join Us?
