Customer Support Specialists are consistently delivering an incredible experience by developing excellent relationships with Tesla Owners and internal departments to accurately and effectively solve customer concerns. We have created some of the most innovative vehicles ever made and are seeking passionate, resilient and customer-centric team members to help deliver an equally innovative experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls and/or chats for vehicle support customersReview and assess customer concerns for possible troubleshooting and remote diagnostics, partnering with other teams effectivelyEducate customers how to self-serve including directing to the self-help website and self-scheduling appointments with the local service teamAccurately record issues and data into CRM / Vehicle Support SystemProvide an exceptional experience to our customers on a daily basisRequirementsMinimum 1 years of relevant work experienceStrong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are requiredPassion for delivering great customer experiences with an ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsAbility to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced and high-pressure environmentAbility to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work withAn interest in technology, particularly Tesla products and agility at learning new products and featuresA rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality is required.
