Our customers include global technology companies, leading universities, and research organisations in over 25 countries, working across Production & Manufacturing; Defence and Aerospace; Commercial R&D and Academic industries.This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading-edge company where you'll be part of the Operations Team, responsible for driving our innovative customer service and support function, managing all activities including streamlining and updating internal processes, policies and standards to ensure we provide a valuable and efficient customer service experience.Key Responsibilities:First point of contact with our customers to support resolving of issues, providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting and/or escalationResponsible for ensuring effective customer service procedures, policies, and standardsCoordinating technical communication within the company between regional sales teams, globally, along with the Engineering team during the post-sales phaseManaging product calibration and service sales activitiesWhat we're looking for:Completed Engineering degree and/or relevant Tertiary Education in Electronics, Electrical, Software, Computer Science or Technical SalesMinimum 3 years' experience in global technical sales and/or technical customer supportPrevious experience working in a distributed environment and troubleshooting issues remotelyExperience with CRM (Insightly), ERP and Jira advantageousStrong Microsoft office and Google Suite skillsWhat you'll need to demonstrate:Effective communication and interpersonal skillsA team playerExcellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressureCalm and relaxed demeanourIf you have the technical skills and experience needed and are wanting to make your mark in a department that is destined to grow, please contact us.
