Job Description: SanDisk is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess excellent planning and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback.6. Meet or exceed established customer service goals and metrics.7. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.5. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.8.
