An enthusiastic Customer Support Representative (CSR), to join our newly established team who enjoys having fun whilst providing excellent customer service to our customers.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact to assist our customers. You will provide a range of operational and administrative duties as well as coordinate our staff and subcontractors to locations to replace, repair and maintain our customer's property and buildings (facilities management). This work is managed through multiple systems, so you will need to be comfortable with technology, using phone systems for inbound and outbound calling, and email, and comfortable learning PAE's internal systems.
We have a range of customers ranging from Hospitality to Retail organisations. But it won't take long for you to become familiar with our customers and quickly build and maintain close working relationships. This will ensure a warm and inviting interaction each time, and that each service order is dealt with appropriately so that the replacement, repair or maintenance issue raised is resolved.
Ideally, you will work full-time, Monday to Friday. You will be located at our Office in Lower Hutt, so it could mean a short walk or drive to work if you live locally. Ideally, to be successful you will have
• Contact Centre experience, or proven experience resolving customers and/or third parties issues over the phone.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• High customer delivery ethics, producing accurate documentation, and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-sufficient, a self-starter, and highly motivated to achieve results.
• Confident in communicating, excellent listening skills, and being able to understand, evaluate, and analyse information received.
• Collaborative team approach and ability to foster and maintain relationships.
