An opportunity has become available in our Telecare Customer Support team for a Support Representative. This is a full-time 40 hours per week role on a 5 month fixed term contract. The team works on a rostered basis between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
This is a chance for you to gain valuable experience and build on your expertise in customer care. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for actioning customer enquiries about their St John Medical Alarms in a timely manner; as well as providing a consistent and high-quality service to the Telecare Field Force team, ensuring they have the right information and support to deliver an effective service to our customers.
This is a hard-working team that provides administration, sales and customer service support, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
