We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative with strong customer relationship skills, to work directly with our clients out in the field. This position would suit someone from the Heavy Machinery, Automotive, farm machinery or similar sector. You may be looking to get off the tools, be working in a parts department, or already be in a sales representative position. This position provides customer support across our aftersales product range, promoting our products and providing follow-up support to our customer network post equipment sale. This role is ideal for those with initiative, drive, and solid problem-solving skills. Location is flexible, covering the Central and Lower North Island territory which includes Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington and surrounding areas. This is an intermediate level position. This role will be responsible for: Service maintenance planning, completing excavator undercarriage assessments, pricing, and quoting of major parts and rebuild jobs. Sales support - Operate a regular call cycle for our existing customers across your regions using our CRM. Provide customers with the correct solutions to their problems and help facilitate resolutions to any issues as they arise. Ensure our vast range of products and services are delivered as anticipated and that our customers have everything they need. Working with internal departments to provide an exceptional service experience to our customers. This position involves travelling into sometimes remote, but beautiful parts of the Central North Island, so a clean full license is required. A company vehicle is provided. This role would be suited to: Someone who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, understanding customers' business and working closely with them to provide solutions. Although moving into an after-sales customer support role might be new to you, you will have existing experience in the construction equipment industry, or similar, as mentioned above. You will be energetic, and able to self-lead with high levels of energy and motivation for getting things done.
