**Key Responsibilities:** 1.

**Documentation & Reporting:** - Record and track customer interactions and feedback using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Compile reports on customer interactions, trends, and common issues to assist in improving service quality.

**Collaboration:** - Work closely with sales, technical support, and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements:** - **Experience:** - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in the automotive industry.

- **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
