Be the first point of call providing email and phone support across the Envoyage network, delivering a highly personalised service to existing and new members of our independently owned travel broker network and agency members.
About the role. Mo te Turanga
Action and complete all cases in Salesforce, respond to emails and answer phone calls in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide day-to-day support, ensuring delegated tasks are completed.
Assist with the introduction of new suppliers and their systems.
Establish and build relationships with Envoyage and Flight Centre teams to ensure seamless delivery of all support matters.
Assist with documenting procedures and training material for new members & staff.
About you. mo koe
You'll have a background in travel and experience with one or more GDS systems.
You'll be highly organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
You'll have demonstrated problem-solving skills and enjoy identifying and fixing issues.
