We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Administration Assistant in the tech industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with excellent service and assisting the technical team with administrative tasks. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth workday for the engineers and customers.
What you'll be doing
Booking travel arrangements for IT engineers, ensuring travel itineraries are accurate and communicated effectively.
Oversee the management of company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring availability.
Keep records of engineers' equipment and uniforms, replacing as needed to ensure readiness for service.
Assist with new employee onboarding.
Answer incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate schedules for engineers and communicate this schedule to customers.
Organize staff day arrangements.
Scheduling and minute taking for staff meetings.
Handle general office duties such as ordering groceries and cleaning services.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
