Are you a confident communicator who is looking to embark on their next career journey? We are seeking a driven self-motivated individual to join our Hatch team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role you will work within a close-knit team to deliver top support to our customers. What you'll do: Document customer experience feedback and findings and present to the broader team regularly. Onboarding and verifying customers (investors). Processing requests and communicating with our customers to make sure they have an exceptional experience as they join and use our platform. Completing operational tasks such as banking activities, transferring shares from other brokers and ensuring we comply with relevant regulations. Always on the lookout for process improvements including helping our wider Hatch team come up with ways to deliver even better customer outcomes. Consistently meeting and improving our Hatch customer success standards and processes to ensure an optimal customer experience! Our ideal candidate will have: Ideally, you will have experience in financial services or retail investing. If not, a strong desire and ability to learn about retail investing is a must. Excellent problem-solving skills, can take on board information quickly and accurately, then action through to completion. A strong customer focus, and able to deal with customers from differing levels of financial and technical knowledge. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You can anticipate the next question and craft the right response. Team player who is collaborative and is able to build high trust relationships quickly. What is in it for you?
