JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves collaborating with other departments to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with potential customers and promote our products.
Guide customers through onboarding processes and foster ongoing engagement.
Assist customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and offering appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on unresolved issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and systems to provide accurate information.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical support, to address customer needs effectively.
Document customer interactions and issue resolutions using our CRM system to maintain accurate records and provide other administrative support where needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, and CRM systems is preferred.
Experience in the agricultural industry is preferred.
