We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our onsite team based in central Whangarei.

About this 'Supa' opportunity This role is responsible for supporting and educating new & existing Customers via phone, email, or online chat ensuring a seamless experience and bringing the 'Supa' element to every interaction. As well as interacting with customers you'll be pricing jobs and sending out sample kits of our amazing product.
It's your outstanding customer service that will have them referring Supacolour and giving us a shout out on socials. Internally, you'll be providing the wider Supa team with general office administration.
About you, we're looking for someone with all or most of the following: 2+ years customer service experience
Office administration experience
A passion for providing amazing customer service via phone, email, or online chat
Willingness to educate our customers, show empathy & work towards good outcomes for our customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive outlook, can-do attitude, and ability to foster a positive team culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social platforms such as Hubspot, Xero, Front, Instagram, and Facebook
Amazing organisation skills, high attention to detail
A commitment to demonstrating our values: Positivity, Do right by people, work together, accountable, dream big, and love winning
Experience in working with a diverse range of people and enjoy bringing out the best in people
Ability to problem solve & find effective solutions with outcomes aligned with business goals
