Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Fluor.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.
This position is full-time and provides the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most value out of our products and services - Proactively identify opportunities for customers to increase their usage and drive adoption - Work closely with sales, product management, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers - Track customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators - Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product and service offerings based on customer feedback - Act as a champion for our customers within the organization Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in critical thinking and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Benefits: - Company transportation provided - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Relocation allowance available Working Environment: Join our team at Fluor and achieve success in a high-energy workplace focused on delivering impactful results.
