Job Description: Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our remote team based in Nelson, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving customer success and engagement, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and opportunities for growth- Implement and oversee customer success strategies, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support- Proactively monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs- Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team- Lead customer retention efforts and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the customer success team- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on persuasion and relationship-building- Hardworking and resourceful, with a proactive and positive attitude- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Benefits:- Free accommodation for remote work- Travel and spending expenses covered- Disability insurance for added peace of mind Working Environment:At Berkshire Hathaway, we pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach and focus on exceeding customer expectations.
