Our Digital Services team are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to be based in Auckland, New Zealand. This newly created position will see you playing a lead role with an established Customer base within a section of our business that is experiencing an exciting time of sustained growth within a market that is full of opportunity including Data Centres, critical power and cooling lifecycle services just to name a few.

Play a lead role within the New Zealand market as you oversee a growing Customer market and act as a key point of contact.
Execute business strategy as you operate with Purpose to support ongoing growth and other potential expansion opportunities.
Act as a leader when it comes to data and digital, ensuring Customer requirements are delivered with a team approach that delivers service excellence.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar discipline) and previous experience in a similar senior position (Customer Success, Account Management or related).
Strong Customer driven background and a proven ability to achieve tangible growth.
Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and strong commercial acumen.
A growth mindset, well-developed digital skills and a technical aptitude.
Well-developed interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to negotiate outcomes.
