We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is keen to use their superb skills for good (as well as for money and snacks).Here's what you'll be doing:Customer Success Manager – you'll deliver exceptional customer service for our customers from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing technical support. Preferred Skills and Experience:We anticipate that you'll have at least three-years' experience in customer management, preferable in tech, and even better, SaaS. On any given day you will: Evaluate and analyse customer needs, and provide feedback for product growthOnboard new clients and help them become successful with a SaaS productImplement for our customers, from manual wrangling of data through to report creation and design.Train our customers on how to use the OrbViz builder and provide technical supportResolve customer issues in a timely, efficient, customer-centric wayBe technically adept – this role requires working with customer data and a software product (we think it's easy, but full training will be given)Use the Microsoft suite and other software productsPersonal skillsYou will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with your colleagues as well as be self-motivated and able to work independently. You'll solve problems creatively. You'll love a challenge, bring your ideas to the table, enjoy a laugh, be adaptable and an all-round great human to work with.
