This role will work closely with customers to deliver contracted services effectively, maximise future opportunities, manage contract renewals and address any escalations. As part of this role, you will be expected to continually look for ways to improve the customer experience and help them achieve their business goals.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience managing complex customer relationships at all levels including executive leadership.
Be required to demonstrate your experience in managing and getting the best out of 3rd party contractors.
Have a strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Have experience working in a technical support and/or development environment.
Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
