Job Description:
Fletcher Building is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain customer success metrics to track performance and success
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Driven to achieve results and exceed goals
