Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at HCA Holdings in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products and services
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead a team of customer success representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Resilient and confident personality traits
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
