We're currently a 10-person strong team, and we need you! Our customers love us, and our investors back us. We plan on growing our team to 20 by the end of 2024 and have very ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. We need you!
If you're a people oriented person passionate about fast paced world of B2B tech start ups, this is the role for you. We're looking for an engaging and strategic powerhouse to be the third member of our customer success team.

As a Customer Success Manager at MenuAid you will be a champion for our FMCG partners, ensuring they are gaining as much value as possible from our shopper insights platform, and being their voice internally to inform the growth of the product.

At MenuAid, we are laser focused on being the go to for shopper insights that play a pivotal role in solving our partners big-audacious problems - whether it's marketing campaigns, NPD, or category growth. You will speak the language of FMCG and be the ultimate brand champion for our partners, working closely with them bring these activities to life with clear shopper insights at the centre.

Purpose of your role & key tasks From guiding the onboarding process and ongoing account management for new partners to managing renewals and identifying opportunities for growth - your key responsibilities will be:
Be the face of MenuAid to our current partners, being a champion of our values and brand in every interaction and cultivating epic long-term relationships with our partners and their champions. Use your knowledge of FMCG to surprise and delight our partners. Understanding their business and communicate shopper insights that help guide strategic planning and execution. Take charge of onboarding exciting new FMCG partners, and making sure that they feel confident in the success of our partnership. Be a key player in driving MenuAids NRR and growth, managing trial and annual renewals and identifying expansions. Be the voice of the customer and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to identify opportunities and improve product value.

You've navigated the realms of brand, marketing, or category management in the FMCG industry. You can combine your extensive marketing and brand-building expertise with our actionable insights to deliver strategic brand solutions that add significant value to our customers. You grasp the pivotal role of understanding shoppers in FMCG strategy, driving business success. You're a stellar communicator, swiftly building rapport and collaborating with diverse personalities. Customer experience is your obsession; you excel in problem-solving and solution-finding. You adopt a "work smarter, not harder" ethos, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising impactful actions. CRM & CS tools are your domain; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus, but we'll get you up to speed. Our Christchurch office is pet-friendly and includes fun times like Treat Tuesdays, quarterly team days, and in-office games. Once a quarter, we put down the tools and have some fun for a day—kayaking, zip-lining, and paint and sip have been some of our recent faves. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. In addition, you'll be eligible to participate in our employee stock ownership plan.
