Job Description: Cummins is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Benefits: - Vision insurance - Travel & spending expenses - Free food Working Environment: At Cummins, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
