Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure their success with our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively address any potential issues
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
