Join Parkable as a Customer Success Manager Extraordinaire! We have an awesome opportunity for someone to join our team on a fixed-term basis while one of our incredible teammates heads off on a new parenting adventure. You will be responsible for overseeing software and hardware implementation projects, guiding clients through seamless onboarding processes, and cultivating enduring relationships. Your Role in a Nutshell: As the maestro of customer satisfaction, you will lead the charge in ensuring successful project management, client engagement, and overall positive experiences. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day responsibilities: Strategic Implementation: Craft and execute implementation plans, ensuring a seamless integration of software and hardware solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in configuring the platform to meet specific client specifications. Client Relationship Management: Foster positive and enduring relationships with clients, promoting retention, and strategically managing contract renewals. You will be the driving force behind initiatives that enhance product adoption, engagement, and utilization. Business Expansion: Identify and capitalise on revenue extension opportunities within existing client relationships. Recognise expansion prospects, such as additional sites, and oversee the seamless handling of contract renewals. Your Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success management or equivalent roles. Proven expertise in the SaaS industry with a track record of successful project management. Exceptional motivational and empowerment skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Salesforce. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability in cross-functional project management. Meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while fostering a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Strong personal organization skills. Possesses managerial courage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented, maintaining composure under pressure.
