About the role This dynamic and multifaceted role involves proactively ensuring outstanding customer experience, satisfaction, and success.
The goal is to enhance customer retention, prevent churn, foster loyalty, and deliver value to both the customer and Swire Shipping.
In this position, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, offering support, delivering services, providing technical expertise, and engaging with local industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities include customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Some of the key responsibilities and accountabilities: Overseeing the implementation of service solutions tailored to customer needsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issuesAnalysing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing detailed reports to support strategic decisionsContinuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices to streamline operationsProviding expert knowledge and technical support to customers Engaging with local industry stakeholders to foster collaboration, representing the company at industry events and forumsSkills / experience required: Relevant tertiary qualification preferred or significant industry business experienceAt least 3 years' experience preferred in customer facing role, customer success or account management At least 3 years' experience preferred in shipping, forwarding or supply chain industryExperience with omnichannel support and/or CRM technologies Proven ability in building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsStrong numeracy and analytical skills Mature problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues Developing persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office.
