- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other associates and management to share best practices, contribute to team goals, and participate in training sessions.

- **Creativity in Solutions:** Use creativity to develop innovative strategies for improving customer satisfaction and overall service experience.

### Requirements

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience.

- **Skills:**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exemplary attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer support and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus.
