We are looking for a Customer Success Administrator to support our ANZ team in managing customer accounts within the Education Perfect platform. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the enrolment of our schools, managing accurate customer data, addressing enquiries and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to enhance the customer experience.
This is a temporary position from 27th January to 11th April 2025 and while our ideal candidate will be based in Dunedin, we welcome applications from anywhere in New Zealand. What you will do Maintain and update customer records in our platform to ensure data integrityAssist with securing class lists and enrolment data for the ANZ Customer Success TeamServe as a central point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues, escalating complex matters when necessaryProcess invoice amendments and redirect other customer enquiries to Sales, Finance or Support teams as neededLiaise with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on customer success initiativesContribute to cross-functional projects that aim to improve the overall customer experiencePerform additional administrative tasks as directed by the CS ANZ ManagersAbout you Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise workload effectivelyA customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional serviceTeam-oriented and collaborative mindsetKnowledge of the education industry or experience with educational software platforms is a plusEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
