As Customer Strategy Lead, you will lead strategic personalization and loyalty initiatives while helping reinvent what the consumer journey looks like. Plus, you will lead an agile team, be the driving voice of customer strategy, and have a plethora of opportunities at your fingertips. In short, you get to create the future of a personalization strategy for a top-10 e-commerce company within a legacy brand.Why You?How you'll know if you're a fit…You have an innate curiosity about the customer journey and are committed to continuous growth and development. You have 7-10 years of relevant experience (consulting, retail strategy, marketing, etc.). It would be ideal to have a blend of consulting experience and in-house, but consultants are certainly welcomed to apply for this role! You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. You have total fluency in customer data and insights to drive prioritization of high-impact tests. It's a given that you have experience with A/B testing and associated measurement methodologies across channels (owned media, paid digital media, site, etc.). You define yourself as a results-oriented self-starter with a strong track record of accountability and impact across strategy and execution. You can lead cross-functionally and build influence across hierarchy levels on high impact, high-visibility corporate strategies. You have great PowerPoint presentation skills, and you're able to present to diverse audiences.
