The product portfolio is power transmission related products like belts, couplings, bearings, sprockets, chain, pulleys, motors etc. Role Brief: The 'Customer Services & Warehouse Dispatcher' is responsible for handling incoming order inquiries, picking and dispatching orders and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Order Management: Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt through to delivery. Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Order Picking: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements or internal requests. (there is a requirement to be able to lift up to 15kgs) Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring they are correctly labelled and packaged Dispatching: Coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers or other locations (there may sometimes be the requirement to personally drop off items to local customers) Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipping documents and arrange for transportation as needed. About you: We are looking for someone who is flexible and happy to be a bit of an all-rounder. The company is under new ownership and is in the process of some operational changes which they would be happy to have you be a part of (sorting/organising products/stock etc) We are looking for someone with the right skillset and attitude to start as soon as possible.
