We're on the look-out for a new Customer Services TeamLeader to manage our team of three; based at our Corrugated Case business in Mangere Bridge, Auckland. Oji Fibre Solutions are providers of innovativeand high-quality cardboard packaging to the dairy, horticulture, industrial,beverage and food sectors. 
Reportingto the Facility Manager, this critical role requires strong Leadership skillsand experience managing a team in Customer Service, ideally from amanufacturing environment. Experience working within a busy manufacturing, packaging,print or FMCG environment is a must.

Leadingthe Auckland based Customer Service Team of threeLiaisingwith clients from the initial enquiry, quotation & ordering stage, rightthrough to the delivery of the productManagingour high-profile client enquiries and being the driver to create solutions forthem.Managingstock levels of finished goods for key customersWorkingclosely with the production, planning and distribution teams to meet ourcustomers supply needs.Dataentry – Quotes/OrdersMonthlyreportingFocus oncontinuous improvement.What weoffer:
