About the roleOur team operate in an inbound/outbound calling environment where you will be responsible for; Identifying areas of upselling our vast range of credit management products to our existing client base. Inbound/Outbound Calling to clients Reception and administrative duties including processing tax invoices and associated applications * Loading new clients Reviewing terms and conditions of trade for compliance with industry legislation Handling debtor correspondence and directing to appropriate department Assisting our team of Area Managers with any sales support requirements We are an equal opportunities employer with a diverse team, and there are long term genuine prospects for the right people in our ever-growing business.
