We have a 20-hour part-time opportunity for what we call a 'Rental Operations Agent' to join our amazing team based in beautiful Tauranga!
Permanent, part-time (working 20-hours per week) position available Tauranga Airport based Supportive, friendly, and caring culture Entry level role with training provided Large, stable international company with opportunity to move internally About the Role As a Rental Operations Agent, you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter, you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
Based at the airport, we work Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 9 pm. For this position, we are looking for someone who can work part-time (a 20-hour work week) where shifts could fall anytime during our operating hours. This means you could be scheduled for early morning, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. What we are looking for: Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided).
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
