Westland District Council – Te Kahui o Poutini is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional front-line service to customers and staff. Core duties specific to this role include, but are not limited to: Responding to and resolving customer enquiries and complaints Accurate receipting and recording of over-the-counter payments Assisting with document scanning and record keeping Maintaining accurate records You will have: Advanced experience in customer service Great verbal and written communication skills Understanding of the Council environment, policies, and processes NCEA Level 2 or equivalent Advanced computer literacy skills Working at Westland District Council – Te Kahui o Poutini will give you an opportunity to broaden your customer service experience in a wide range of job-specific tasks and activities.
