About the Role: As our Customer Services Manager, you'll shape the customer experience while leading from the front and developing a diverse team across checkouts, customer service, lotto and our in-store café.
This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real impact on New World Centre City and build a high-performing customer centric culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a large team through effective coaching, training and performance management.
Manage all aspects of front-line operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery and team performance through proactive monitoring and feedback.
Oversee financial performance through efficient scheduling, inventory control, and strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring: 2+ years' experience in management with a strong focus on customer service.
Qualification in Business, Management or related field advantageous.
Outstanding leadership abilities and passion for coaching, developing and motivating teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
Experience in staff scheduling, resource management, and budget control.
