Customer Service Manager – Pak'NSave Highland Park We're excited to announce that Pak'nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025!
With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery, and liquor, we can't wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!
We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team.
As a department manager, you'll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.
The Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the checkout department.
Ensure all customers' needs are met and they receive the highest quality customer service.
Complete rosters, conduct performance reviews, and training.
Setting the standards and ensuring they are met day in and day out.
Build relationships with the wider team and management to get the absolute best results.
Ensuring the responsible sale of alcohol.

What are we looking for: An understanding of managing department financials and budgets.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong leadership skills – experience leading large teams.
Sound computer literacy and keen to learn and use the latest technology.
Previous duty manager or sole charge experience advantageous.
LCQ and/or Managers Certificate and experience selling alcohol is advantageous.
