This is a part time role, 24 hours per week, maternity cover for six months.Your role as part of the Karen Walker Operations team is to provide customers and consumers with exceptional customer service, sales, and administrative support. You will be the first and possibly most frequent point of contact between our customers and Karen Walker, so you will be required to be agile, knowledgeable and resolution orientated.About YouKey Requirements:1-2 years customer services experience either in retail or call centre environment preferred.High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new computer systems.Pro-active, flexible and 'can do' attitude.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as a team.A high attention to detail and accuracy and a creative flair to resolve issues.How to ApplyPlease submit your cover letter and CV via the link below.
