As a Customer Services Superstar, you will be an integral part of our customer-services team, dedicated to ensuring our customers have a positive experience and their inquiries are promptly addressed.
Qualifications & experience At least 1 years of experience in online customer service or related field in the beauty industry Proven customer support experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as Microsoft Office. Tasks & responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via online chat and email in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.Provide accurate information and guidance on our beauty products and services to customers. Implement new and innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.Streamline workflows to make the customer service process more efficient and effective. Identify and escalate the issues to the appropriate team members. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
