Customer Services Consultant - Hokitika isite is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to become part of Westland's tourism gateway. This is a fixed-term, part-time role to support our summer season. Core duties specific to this role include, but are not limited to:
Booking accommodation, activities and dining with our tourism partners
Processing purchases for customers at the counter
Giving advice about the area to customers
You will have:
Excellent customer service skills including the ability to upsell
Strong technology skillset
Reliability and a friendly disposition
The ability to think proactively and be solution-focused
