What you'll be doing Provide friendly and helpful customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting clients with storage solutions. Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Process bookings, payments and other administrative tasks efficiently. Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience. What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the storage, retail or service industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong sales skills and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
