We now have a vacancy for a full time Customer Services Administrator providing reception support and key administration to our team.
ABOUT THISROLE You'll be the welcoming face of Taradale Masonic Rest Home and Hospital,providing an outstanding customer services experience within our facility. This role also provides pivotaladministration support to our Clinical Services Manager to ensure a seamlessand top level service is provided to all our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering phones and greeting visitors.Providing quality customer service, assisting visitors, residents and staffand responding to requests and queries.Assisting the Clinical Services Manager with administration andcoordination of key services relevant to our clinical services and facilityneeds. E.g. appointment set up, meeting preparation, document preparation,drafting communications, meeting minutes, supply ordering and more.Ensure all visitors, contractors, medical practitioner, etc are providedup to date information on sign in/out procedures and direct them asappropriate.Provide support with documentation preparation for new residentadmissions and discharges.Assist with facility tours for prospective new residents and families.Receive maintenance requests from village residents and escalate asappropriate.Provide special project administration support as required.You'll be someone with:
Substantial previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably ina healthcare environment (although this is not essential).High level computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office 365suite of products, especially Word and Excel.Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build valuableinternal and external relationships.Outstanding customerservices skills and a service-oriented person with a "can-do" attitude who"makes things happen".Sound time management and organisation ability, particularly whenmanaging multiple priorities.Patience and empathy with older people and their families and acompassionate and caring manner with a sense of humour.We offer a great place to work with a dedicated, fun and friendly teamand a competitive remuneration package with excellent additional staff benefits.
