ABOUT YOU
Experienced in a CSR role, dealing with customers in-person and/or over the phone, along with 1 year + office / administration experience.
A true 'go-getter' who is customer-centric, enthusiastic and genuinely loves working in a team to exceed customers' expectations.
Customer-focused, with a professional communication style (both written and verbal) and the confidence to liaise with B2B clients (via phone and email).
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Methodical work style, able to manage a varied workload with essential multi-tasking skills.
Attention to detail, with accuracy in data entry and a keen eye for spotting errors.
Calm under pressure, confident, and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced Excel. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Confident in suggesting and implementing improvement initiatives.
A team player who adds value to company culture.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business/Commerce or similar is favorable. Graduates with some CSR experience (even if in part-time roles) are encouraged to apply.
Experience in packaging, labels, print, or other manufacturing processes is preferred but not essential.
THE ROLEThis role is much more than processing orders and checking accuracy; it offers variety and the potential for increased responsibilities as you master the industry.
Work within a diverse manufacturing team, coordinating between clients, sales, and production teams in a CSR team of three.
Collaborate proactively to problem-solve and provide client-centric and business-smart solutions.
Assist in managing overall workflow.
Liaise with clients (phone, email and in-person) and the entire supply chain to ensure each order is on spec and delivered on time, including coordinating freight and logistics.
Take responsibility for the daily communication (account management) and be the key contact with smaller B2B customers - liaising directly with multiple stakeholders, including problem-solving.
Create and analyse reports, including forecasting, cost analysis, and sales reports.
Manage database and CRM.
Based in modern offices near the airport, hours are 8:30AM to 5PM.

REMUNERATIONReflective of your experience and skills, the salary ranges from $58K to $63K to start.
