Dove Electronics is a New Zealand owned IT Distributor with a head office in Christchurch and branches in Auckland and Wellington. Trading since 1984 it has a well established reputation and market position. Dove prides itself on being a great place to work. This role is for a customer service position regularly helping in our warehouse. This position will really suit someone who is looking to start a career in sales, and wants to get a foot on the ladder.  The best fits for the role will be: Personable and friendly.Able to build rapport with recurring customers.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.Smart personal presentation.Physically fit enough to walk around a warehouse when needed.Reliable and punctual.Enthusiastic about pitching in as part of a team, and OK with performing a wide variety of tasks.The primary responsibilities of the role include: Managing our incoming website orders.Responding to our sales inbox for general queries.A variety of other customer service responsibilities / some admin tasks.Greeting recurring customers and giving them their goods.Dispatching pick-up orders in system.Picking our pick-up orders ensuring they are ready for customers.Covering all warehouse work during busy periods, helping to pick orders.Other tasks as suited to the individual may include phone customer service / sales, or PC assembly, or other tasks - a wide variety of things can pop up, and the role can lead into various directions within our business. We do make occasional exceptions for certain valid circumstances and appropriate equipment is available. The candidate must be able to communicate in both written and verbal English with very high proficiency.  Applicants must currently reside in New Zealand and have the right to work in New Zealand.
