This role is for a customer service position regularly helping in our warehouse. This position will really suit someone who is looking to start a career in sales, and wants to get a foot on the ladder.

The primary responsibilities of the role include: Managing our incoming website orders.
Responding to our sales inbox for general queries.
A variety of other customer service responsibilities / some admin tasks.
Greeting recurring customers and giving them their goods.
Dispatching pick-up orders in system.
Picking our pick-up orders ensuring they are ready for customers.
Covering all warehouse work during busy periods, helping to pick orders.
Other tasks as suited to the individual may include phone customer service / sales, or PC assembly, or other tasks - a wide variety of things can pop up, and the role can lead into various directions within our business.
