We're looking for a seasoned leader, with previous experience managing teams and the type of person who takes a hands-on approach to safety while fostering a high performing, positive team culture.
Based at the Queenstown PostShop in Ballarat Street, you'll deliver an exceptional level of customer service as you manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone.
You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.
This is a full time, permanent position Monday to Friday 9.15am - 5.45pm and Saturdays if required.
You'll lead a dedicated team of Customer Service Officers and Mail Officers and support them in the delivery of retail products and services, as well as rostering, resourcing and driving the performance of the team.
What do we need from you: Proven experience in customer service and team management of retail stores and staffAbility to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the wider leadership teamExcellent communication skills to elevate the team culture and team performanceA passion for upholding the NZ Post valuesAbility to clearly assign tasks and set objectivesHave a clean and valid full NZ driver's licenseReady to be a part of that story?
