As the CS Team leader, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to –Lead and coach your team to deliver excellence that drives brand advocacy & loyaltyWork with a high demand of inbound calls & emailsManage the online feedback received via digital channels in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure that all customer inquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescalesAnalyse weekly statistics and create reports to discuss possible improvementsEmbrace and promote our technology offerings to clientsEnsure the team's workload is managed effectively and positively lead them through changeLiaise with third-party suppliers and industry peers to build strong relationships and encourage growthAbout you!You will have exceptional communication, organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated experience of 3+ years in managing or leading a high-volume customer service teamBe a positive, proactive and self-starter with the ability to work well with multiple departments and key stakeholders in the businessExposure to a KPI-driven environment, preferably within Customer Service in a call centreIntermediate knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and web/email, with an ability to learn new systems quicklyHigh attention to detail and a strong desire to exceed client expectationsYou will be available to work between 7:00am – 7:00pm, 5 days per week, 365 days per year – and the occasional weekend work depending on coverageWhat's in it for you?A Permanent opportunity with a friendly and supportive teamParking available on siteYou will work for a sophisticated brand, highly respected in the industry$75,000 + Superannuation + Penalties and leave loadingTo apply, please select APPLY NOW or contact Julie Luszcynski at ****** or 0400 824 583 for further information and a confidential conversation.
